Though I’m fairly past the harsh stubble stage, beard itch has still been an issue. And the underlying cause is evidently what lies underneath: dry skin. Over the last four months, I’ve been in a process of re-growth. Part of that has been finding the best ways to treat my facial hair, everything from daily detangling to DIY beard oils. But what cleaned and cleared the build up stripped my beard of moisture. And as warmer weather set in, so did the discomfort of thick residue. I’d reached an impasse of sorts. I needed a way to keep it healthy and hydrated.
Thankfully I came across stubble and ‘stache. Home grown with only organic components, stubble and ‘stache provides a combination face and beard wash with a moisturizing conditioner that soothes skin and softens facial hair. The cleanser is invigorating and a great morning pick me up, with a refreshing kick of eucalyptus and menthol. And the moisturizing lotion is light and non-greasy, with minimal shine for a fresh look. And there’s nothing better than a company with a mission.
