Stress is classically defined in terms of strain or pressure. I believe it to be anything that elicits a reaction, that demands a response. Stress can motivate, or be to your detriment.
As young men, we face stress constantly. There are a lot of things that vie for our attention in an effort to consume it. You are what you eat, but many times you are what eats at you; or at least how you respond to it. These forces are both external and internal, a clash of self-imposed expectations and projections from without. We may find ourselves buried under the weight; strain, pressure.
This series is our attempt at catharsis, digging ourselves out of these pits and passing the shovel back so that you can do the same.
